Documenting all the real ways in which girls go through menstruation related stigma in Pakistan’s deeply conservative society. This bilingual illustrated journal is made with the objective of becoming a visual communication tool that can help journal keepers tackle the shame, myths, taboos and secrecy surrounding their period.
